By accessing or using The Bach platform at fredthepartycat.com (the "Service"), operated by The Bachelor Shop, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Bach is a party planning platform that helps organizers coordinate bachelor and bachelorette parties. The Service includes event management, crew coordination, date polling, budget voting, itinerary sharing, and notification delivery via SMS and email.

Account Registration

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

The Bach provides SMS-based notifications as part of its event planning features. By using the Service or by being added as a crew member by an event organizer, you may receive text messages related to event coordination.

Program Name: The Bach Event Notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on event planning activity. Typical usage is 5-10 messages per event.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from The Bach.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@thebach.shop.

Supported Carriers: The Service is available on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Mobile Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes
• When adding crew members, you confirm you have their consent to share their contact information and for them to receive event-related messages
• You will not use the Service to send spam, harassing, or inappropriate content
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Bachelor Shop, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall The Bachelor Shop, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
