SMS Data: Phone numbers and message content sent through our SMS notification features powered by Twilio. We store message history to provide event coordination functionality.

Our platform sends SMS messages to crew members for event planning coordination, including party invitations, RSVP requests, date availability polls, budget preference polls, and event reminders.

Consent: SMS messages are sent when an event organizer adds a crew member's phone number to an event on our platform. By being added to an event, crew members consent to receiving event-related text messages.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on event planning activity, typically 5-10 messages per event.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are only shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages.
